What Is The Process?
Debt Relief Assist meets with you either personally, over the phone or by zoom to discuss in detail how our services work, answer your questions and gather the relevant documentation from you.
From there, the process immediately commences with all communication and correspondence directed from each of your creditors to Debt Relief Assist within 48 hours. Once our Authority has been appointed with each of your creditors that we have been engaged to work on, a written proposal and supporting documentation is presented for their review, and before telephone negotiations are entered.
At each step of the process we keep our clients updated, this also includes no agreement is formalised with your creditors until we first receive your written consent. A copy of any correspondence received to our office is provided for your records also.
